Please join us as we host a five course wine dinner featuring the wines of Peay Vineyards.
A Quick Background
Peay Vineyards, founded by Andy & Nick Peay in 1995, are pioneers of what is now known as the West Sonoma Coast AVA of Sonoma County, California. Planting vineyards far out on the Sonoma Coast, where the Pacific Ocean was their closest neighbor in a region further north than anyone had planted grape vines for wine in Sonoma County. Their focus was to produce great cool-climate Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, along with a minor focus on Northern Rhône styled Syrah.
The brothers were soon joined by Vanessa Wong, who had visited the brothers vineyard on a whim. As the story goes, she tasted the fruit off their vines on that first trip and then looked the brothers in the eyes and asked to make their wines that day on the spot. She has been their winemaker since day one, and came to Peay after a successful stint as winemaker at the Peter Michael Winery.
Come celebrate, explore, and learn about the beauty that Peay Vineyards has created from their tiny slice of vinous heaven deep in the West Sonoma Coast.
Look forward to a pour of Sauvignon Blanc, Maritima Estate Chardonnay, Ama Estate Pinot Noir, West Sonoma Coast Syrah, and finish up with the Estate Viognier.
